Olivia Rodrigo
Olivia Isabel Rodrigo, born February 20, 2003 is an American performer and singer-songwriter. She gained recognition in the late 2010s with her leading roles in the Disney television programs Bizaardvark and High School Musical: The Musical: The Series. Rodrigo's first single "Drivers License", was released by Interscope Records and Geffen in 2020. It broke numerous records and was among the top songs that sold in 2021. This propelled her to fame in the mainstream. The song was followed by songs "Deja Vu" and "Good 4 U", and then released her first solo studio album, Sour (2021), that was a commercial and critical acclaim, winning various accolades like three Grammy Awards. Olivia Rodrigo, a Disney+ documentary on her creative process behind Sour came out in 2022. In addition to numerous other awards she has received an American Music Award, seven Billboard Music Awards and four MTV Video Music Awards. Time declared her one of the 2021 Entertainers of The Year, while Billboard named her Woman of The Year in 2022.
Rodrigo is a Grammy Award winner for her work and has been awarded seven Billboard Music Awards, three Grammy Awards, four MTV Video Music Awards and two People's Choice Awards. She was also named Time's Entertainment of the Year in 2021. [111It was also announced that Billboard also honored her with their Women of the Year at the 2022 Billboard Women in Music event.
