Lis Wiehl was born on August 19th, 1962. She was previously a Fox News legal analyst.
She was previously an Assistant Professor of Law in Law School at the University of Washington Law School. She has offered legal commentary on National Public Radio program and the Bill O'Reilly radio show, The Radio Factor. She was a regular guest on The O'Reilly Factor, Your World with Neil Cavuto, The Kelly File alongside Megyn Kelly, Lou Dobbs Tonight, the Imus morning programs as well as hosts the Legal Lis radio show and the Wiehl of Justice podcast.
Wiehl was born and raised in Yakima she attended West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from Barnard College, followed by a master of arts in literature at the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl was an attorney at the US Attorney's Office. The correspondent was a lawyer for NPR's All Things Considered. She was the principal investigating counsel to the Democrats of the House Judiciary Committee, during Clinton's impeachment. From 1995 to 2001, she was a tenured law professor at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle and was in charge of the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl served as an analyst for Fox News Legal Analyst from 2001 to 2017.
