Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco (born Angela Maria Ani DiFranco) is an American as well as a Canadian musician and singer. She has released more than 20 albums. DiFranco categorizes her music under the terms folk-rock and alternative. However, it includes influences like punk, hip-hop, and jazz. The widely regarded feminist icon Grammy winner Ani DiFranco is the mother of the DIY movement being one of the pioneers to establish her own label 1990.
