Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco (born Angela Maria Ani DiFranco) is an American as well as a Canadian musician and singer. She has released more than 20 albums. DiFranco categorizes her music under the terms folk-rock and alternative. However, it includes influences like punk, hip-hop, and jazz. The widely regarded feminist icon Grammy winner Ani DiFranco is the mother of the DIY movement being one of the pioneers to establish her own label 1990. DiFranco is the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco. They were introduced in The Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
